Darryl Berry is a co-founder of the Mass Effect organization. He serves as the organization’s President and the team’s Offensive Coordinator.

Darryl Berry, son of team owner Doug Berry, is a Lakeville, MA native. Berry has over 10+ total years of coaching experience across all levels. He has been a coach at Bristol-Plymouth High School for 7 years and has played a factor in their success, winning 3 league championships. Berry served as the Quarterbacks coach for the Bay State Bucs in 2015 and guided their quarterback to an Offensive rookie of the year award, Offensive MVP and a 9-1 regular-season record. Berry most recently served as the Quarterbacks Coach and Co-Offensive Coordinator for both the New England Cavalry (2018) and New England Bobcats (2019) of the AAL.

Darryl has an educational background in business management and sports coaching education. He also serves as an independent global talent scout for the CFL and XFL. He looks to bring his ability to recognize and grow talent to the Mass Effect football team.

Together, the Berry’s have been a dynamic coaching team, being successful both on and off the field. Darryl’s love for the game translates to not only great coaching abilities but also fuels his desire to give players everything they need to succeed both in football and in life. Darryl looks to continue his success with his father Doug with the Mass Effect team and organization.
